I have been training with Ron Stallings for a while now. When I started out, I wanted to find something that would keep me in shape and also keep me sharp if I ever needed to defend myself
since I wasn’t able to play sports on a regular basis . I didn’t plan on competing or anything like that, but as I started training more frequently, I started feeling more comfortable and getting the hang of it. My background was strictly basketball, football, etc. Since I joined Top Flight Mixed Martial Arts, my game has progressed in leaps and bounds. Ron Stallings' teachings and methods are top of the line. The things we are being taught are game plans for tournaments. He has pushed me and helped me to surpass what I thought was my limits mentally and physically, as well as, my cardiovascular fitness.
