It Is Safe To Say That I Am In Better Shape Now Than I Was 15 Years Ago.

Since joining Top Flight I have had no need to work out at the gym. From attending class and grappling alone I have increased my PT score by 15 points. The cardio-vascular gains were significant as I decreased my two-mile run time by over a minute.

Top Flight also prepared me for the combative tournament in which I won all my matches. It is safe to say that I am in better shape now than I was 15 years ago

For me personally my game has improved 10 fold since I have been at Top Flight. My cardio, attention to detail and overall awareness when I am on the floor has improved tremendously.
